Summer Food Service Program

Provides free lunch and sometimes breakfast to children in low-income communities.  Meals are generally provided at a city site, such as a park. To find sites near you, refer to the Rhode Island Department of Health 2020 list or call 2-1-1.

Who Qualifies?

  • Children under 18.
  • No requirement to document citizenship or immigrant status.

Income and Resource Limits

There is no resource test or income limit.
