1.State Priorities Partnership
The Economic Progress Institute is a member of the national network The State Priorities Partnership (SPP). SPP brings together nonpartisan, nonprofit organizations to broaden the debate on tax and budget policy through rigorous research and policy analysis, public education, and civic engagement. The SPP network is coordinated by the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, a Washington-based research organization and strategic policy institute that works on a range of federal and state issues.

The Economic Analysis and Research Network (EARN) is a network of state and regional research and advocacy organizations. EARN is coordinated by the Economic Policy Institute and works with a broad range of other national organizations.
EARN’s mission is to improve the lives of Americans through state and local policy and change the nature of the national policy debate—state by state. EARN seeks to advance progressive policy at the state and regional level, deliver important national messages, and use the collective capacity of its organizations to develop new ideas and strategies. National Skills Coalition (NSC) builds multi-stakeholder coalitions that demonstrate broad-based support for a new national policy that will raise the skills of America’s workers across a range of industries. NSC connects federal and state advocacy and provides policy expertise to coalition partners. NSC keeps its members informed about state and federal policy efforts by providing timely and actionable information.

Community Catalyst is a national advocacy organization that has been giving consumers a voice in health care reform for more than a decade. They provide leadership and support to state and local consumer organizations, policymakers and foundations that are working to guarantee access to high-quality, affordable health care for everyone. Community Catalyst enables consumer groups to provide leadership in the hard work of transforming the U.S. health care system by providing policy analysis, strategic assistance, and national campaign management. Since 1997, they have been a local and national catalyst for collaboration, innovation and action in health care reform.
